The 9 Flows in Highly Successful Coaching Businesses
Jun 18, 2024What is Flow?
Intrinsic (Personal): An optimal state of consciousness where you feel your best and perform your best.
Extrinsic (Business): An optimal state of process where value creation is streamlined, waste-free, and capable of producing high-quality consistently and flexibly, independent of the human or team elements involved.
1. The Flow of Thought
Mindset and your inner dialog are key parts of the success equation. Conscious thought begins the moment you wake up in the morning. It's important to direct your thought-flow first
thing in the morning and throughout the day for maximum positive results.
2. The Flow of Energy
All of life, and everything in the universe, is energy. Your thoughts control all four types of energy available to you to manifest your dreams and goals and a six-figure+ income. The four types of energy are mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.
3. The Flow of Creativity
Creativity is the ability to generate or recognize ideas, alternatives, or possibilities and create something new and original that may be useful in solving problems, communicating with others, and entertaining ourselves and others. It involves not only inventing something entirely new but also connecting existing ideas in novel ways. Creativity can refer to both the process (thinking creatively) and the outcome (the creative product, be it an idea, a physical creation, or a solution).
4. The Flow of Work
Work involves tasks requiring mental or physical effort to achieve specific outcomes. It is purposeful and goal-oriented, aiming to accomplish valuable objectives, meet business goals, or provide services. This process, whether simple or complex, is focused on completing projects, solving problems, or producing goods.
5. The Flow of People
No one succeeds alone. Connect with others in daily life, at social events, or through social media. Engage with those around you, both in person and online. Use targeted ads and lists to find ideal leads and build relationships, maximizing your reach and opportunities.
6. The Flow of Information
Specifically, information your prospective clients need in order to make a decision. In other words, marketing. Marketing involves understanding your audience and crafting messages that resonate. Choose the right media for communication, ensuring consistency across platforms. Develop a distinctive brand voice and visual identity. Generate leads through your network, presentations, joint ventures, social media, and lists to maximize reach and impact.
7. The Flow of Leads
Leads are potential clients interested in your product or service. Lead flow involves attracting and engaging these leads through effective marketing strategies. Nurture and guide leads to the next flow, where even more value is added and they are transformed from a lead to a client.
8. The Flow of Clients
Clients are business owners who trust you and your coaching process to achieve their goals. The flow of clients involves converting leads into paying clients using an ethical, low-friction framework to persuade them to buy and experience a transformation through your guidance.
9. The Flow of Cash
This is simply the quantity and timing of cash flowing into and out of your bank account.
